We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own our day-to-day social presence. The core of this role is consistent, high-quality posting across our channels and turning performance data into clear, actionable KPI reports. You'll be responsible for keeping our content calendar full, our audience engaged, and our leadership informed on what's working.
Key Responsibilities
Posting and content management:
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts across all active platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.)
- Maintain and manage the content calendar to ensure a steady, consistent posting cadence
- Write captions and adapt content to suit each platform's format and audience
- Coordinate with design/content teams for visuals and assets
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely manner
Reporting and KPIs:
- Track and report on key metrics — reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, click-throughs, and conversions
- Build regular performance reports (weekly/monthly) with clear insights and recommendations
- Set and monitor KPIs aligned with marketing goals
- Use analytics to identify trends and optimize future content
- Present findings to stakeholders in an easy-to-understand format
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (organic, and ideally paid)
- Strong understanding of platform analytics and social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable reports
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Organized, self-driven, and able to meet posting deadlines consistently
