About Role
We are looking for an energetic, field-driven Business Development Executive to grow FalconETMS, our
enterprise employee transport management SaaS platform. This is a ground sales role centred on regular
in-person customer visits, product demos, and relationship building across enterprise and GCC accounts
in your assigned city. The role also represents Colosseum at industry events, expos, and exhibitions —
manning company stalls, engaging visitors, and capturing high-quality leads on the ground. It owns the
end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and site visits through to closure.
Responsibilities
- Visit prospective and existing customers regularly to build relationships and drive sales.
- Own the full field sales cycle — prospecting, meetings, demos, negotiation, and closure.
- Identify and engage Facility/Admin Heads, Transport Managers, and Procurement/Sourcing Leads.
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and presentations for enterprise clients.
- Represent Colosseum / FalconETMS at industry events, expos, conferences, and trade shows.
- Set up and man company stalls/booths at events — engage walk-in visitors and run live product demos.
- Actively collect contacts and generate leads at events; capture cards and details and log them in the CRM.
- Follow up promptly with event and stall leads to qualify and convert them into active pipeline.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline across the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with inside sales and pre-sales teams to qualify and convert leads.
- Negotiate commercials and close deals in line with company pricing.
- Maintain accurate account, visit, event, and pipeline records in the CRM.
- Track competitor activity and local market trends in the assigned city.
- Consistently meet monthly and quarterly revenue and meeting targets.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of field / ground sales experience in SaaS or enterprise solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting field sales and revenue targets.
- Strong face-to-face selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident representing the brand at events, exhibitions, and stalls, and capturing on-ground leads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city and region, including event days.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools for pipeline and lead management.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to deadlines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- SaaS / enterprise solution sales experience is required.
- Experience in the employee transport industry is an added advantage.
- Experience running event / exhibition stalls and on-ground lead capture is a plus.
- Local market knowledge and an existing network in the assigned city is a plus.
- Hunter mindset with strong drive for in-person customer engagement.
- Confident communicator able to engage senior enterprise stakeholders.
- Resilient, persistent, and comfortable with a high-travel field role.
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
