Job Description – Purchase Executive
Key ResponsibilitiesPurchase & Vendor Coordination
- Create and process purchase orders for products and services accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any delivery-related issues.
Invoicing & Dispatch
- Email invoices, dispatch details, and related documents to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, dispatches, and order status.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding shipments.
Documentation & MIS
- Update and maintain the FMS (Facility Management System) sheet with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Maintain purchase, vendor, invoice, and administrative records.
- Prepare MIS reports and ensure proper documentation of all administrative activities.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the Director for purchase orders and other business-related activities.
- Coordinate internal communications and support day-to-day office operations.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and general administrative tasks as assigned.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration, Office Coordination, Executive Assistance, or a similar role.
Location: Dadar, Mumbai
Working Days: Mon- Sat (2nd & 4th Sat off)
Job Time : 8 to 5 pm
