The SAM Lead is the accountable owner for the software asset lifecycle across on‑prem, virtualized, and cloud/SaaS estates. You will design, run, and continuously improve SAM services on ServiceNow SAM Pro—from discovery and normalization through reconciliation, optimization, reclamation, and retirement—while partnering with Procurement, Security, Finance/FinOps, and Application Owners to reduce risk and optimize spend.
