Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in accounting, taxation, company law compliances and a keen interest in staying updated with evolving tax laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly GST return preparation and filing.
- Accounting and bookkeeping for clients across industries.
- Filing of PF/ESI returns and handling related compliance work.
- Invoice preparation and client follow-ups.
- Assisting in ROC filings, Company Registrations, GST Registration etc.
- Drafting of Partnership Deeds and other business agreements.
- Assistance in Trademark registrations and related filings.
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITRs).
- Support in Tax Audits, Company Audits and other statutory audits.
- Preparation of Financial Statements, Annual Returns and Board Resolutions.
- Maintaining thorough documentation and timely reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or higher
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, CA firm environment.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC Compliances, PF/ESI and Company Law.
- Zeal to learn and stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books etc.
- Basic working knowledge of MCA portal, GST portal, Income Tax portal.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.
