Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Finance Executive who can handle both human resource functions and basic financial operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing recruitment, employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, and financial documentation while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Manage employee onboarding & exit formalities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
- Conduct background verification and document validation
- Address employee queries and maintain workplace discipline
- Support HR policies implementation and compliance
Finance Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting entries and records
- Handle invoices, billing, and vendor payments
- Track company expenses and site budgets
- Assist in salary processing and reimbursements
- Maintain petty cash and expense reports
- Coordinate with CA/accountant for GST, TDS, and filings
- Prepare basic financial reports and MIS
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel (important)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Commerce, or related field
- Experience with payroll software or accounting tools is a plus

Pay: ₹18,848.55 - ₹33,137.88 per month
