Job Summary
The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, handling calls and emails, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors and clients.
Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Maintain visitor records and office files.
Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks.
Coordinate with different departments for office requirements.
Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
