Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare and publish job postings across multiple platforms.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, ATS, and other recruitment platforms.
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and candidate mapping.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
