- Role Overview
- We are looking for a mid to senior life actuary with experience in pricing product development and actuarial
- analysis combined with an interest in consulting and transformation focused work
- This role is particularly suited to candidates based in India who have worked on international product lines or
- pricing frameworks and or supported overseas insurance markets UK Europe US through consulting or global
- delivery models
- We are also open to candidates with strong Indian market pricing experience particularly where they have
- demonstrated analytical depth involvement in assumption setting or experience analysis and the ability to adapt
- pricing approaches across markets

- Analyse product performance pricing metrics and profitability to generate clear decision oriented insights for
- product strategy
- Support the development review and refinement of pricing models including assumptions methodology and
- governance
- Contribute to the transformation of pricing and product development processes including standardisation
- automation and scalable delivery approaches
- Collaborate with data technology and consulting teams to develop analytics dashboards and automated
- solutions for pricing and product monitoring
- Participate in client interactions workshops and discussions supporting solution design and delivery
- Support proposal development solution structuring and practice building initiatives
- Be open to occasional travel for client engagements in India and internationally as required

- Qualifications Experience
- KEY DIFFERENTIATOR
- Experience working on international product lines or pricing frameworks UK US or Europe and or
- strong pricing experience in the Indian market with demonstrable exposure to experience analysis
- assumption setting or profitability modelling
- 4 to 8 years of experience in life actuarial pricing product development or related roles
- Strong experience in pricing product design or profitability analysis
- Experience working on international product lines or pricing frameworks UK US or Europe and or strong
- pricing experience in the Indian market with demonstrable exposure to experience analysis assumption setting
- or profitability modelling key differentiator
- Ability to translate pricing approaches across markets and adapt to different product data and regulatory
- environments
- Experience in experience studies assumption setting or experience analysis is preferred
- Familiarity with actuarial modelling platforms such as Prophet AXIS or equivalent pricing tools
- Ability to interpret pricing results and communicate drivers sensitivities and business implications clearly
- Strong interest in consulting transformation process improvement and scalable delivery models
- Confident communicator with the ability to operate in client facing environments
- Progressing towards actuarial qualification IFoA IAI SoA or equivalent

- Prior actuarial consulting advisory or transformation experience
- Experience supporting global insurers or reinsurers from India delivery teams
