- To drive the Agency premium in the location for Health business
- To monitor and drive Agency business of location through:
- Agency Recruitment
- Agent Activation
- Agent Productivity
- Agent Engagement Matrix
- To drive the key agency matrix and uniform practices
- Achieve the top line and bottom line as per defined matrix
- Provide strategic inputs from geographical perspective and periodically review, design and implement plans
- Driving renewals as per target
Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
- Graduate /Post Graduate in Sales and Marketing
- Expert skills on MS office
- Health Insurance domain knowledge
Key Requirements - Experience &Skills
- Understanding of Agency business
- Flair to drive sales teams
- Hands on experience in managing large data and analytics
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
