Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls in a polite and professional manner
- Answer customer questions and provide correct information
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns patiently
- Maintain records of customer interactions and updates
- Follow up with customer when required
- Coordinate with other teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets
Job Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
- Good communication skills
- Must be fluent in Hindi and Punjabi
- Ability to handle customers calmly and confidently
- Willingness to learn and grow in the customer support field
Minimum qualification: 12th pass
