Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth across the Indian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, generating revenue, and building long-term relationships. This role requires a proactive professional who can bring new client projects, collaborate with internal delivery teams, and contribute significantly to the company's expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and acquire new clients across India.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Work closely with recruitment, delivery, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand market presence.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasts and reports.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Strong network of industry contacts and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify client needs and convert opportunities into business.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong relationship management and account growth skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT Services, Staffing, Recruitment, Digital Services, Consulting, or Technology Sales.
- Existing client relationships within Indian enterprises, startups, or mid-sized organizations.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
