Role Overview
As a Content Creator, you will be the creative force behind Flicka Cosmetics' visual and video content. You will conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish scroll-stopping content—from product tutorials and GRWMs to trend-driven Reels—that drives engagement, builds community, and grows brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Develop creative concepts for product launches, tutorials, GRWMs, unboxings, and trend-based content.
- Stay on top of beauty and social media trends, sounds, and formats, and adapt them to the Flicka brand voice.
- Apply makeup/products on camera for tutorials and demos (or coordinate with talent/models when required).
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and scripts aligned with the brand tone.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content calendars, campaign themes, and product launch timelines.
- Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategy based on engagement data.
- Coordinate with influencers, models, or photographers for collaborative shoots when needed.
- Maintain an organized content library/archive of raw and edited assets.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, influencer marketing, or a related field (beauty/cosmetics experience preferred).
- Strong portfolio or reel demonstrating video and photo content creation skills.
- Working knowledge of photography/videography basics (lighting, framing, composition).
- Genuine interest in makeup, skincare, and beauty trends.
- Comfortable being on camera and/or directing talent.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategies (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills for captions and scripts.
Salary
25k - 50k
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
