Job Title: Medical Representative (MR)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote company products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Organize and attend medical camps, CMEs, and promotional activities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and report feedback
- Ensure product availability at chemists and stockists
- Maintain daily call reports and submit timely updates
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to travel frequently
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Science / Life Sciences (B.Pharm, B.Sc, etc.)
- Freshers or candidates with 6 months–2 years of experience in pharma sales
Preferred Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Medical Representative
- Good network with doctors and chemists
- Knowledge of the local territory
