Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR professional to manage complete HR
operations and employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on
experience in recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee induction, payroll management,
performance management, training, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities as per manpower requirements.
- Screen profiles and schedule interviews with candidates and department heads
- Coordinate with consultants and recruitment agencies(If required)
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring status reports.
Onboarding & Induction:
- Handle onboarding formalities including offer letters, appointment letters, and employee
documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs for new joiners
- Ensure smooth joining process and coordination with internal departments
HR Operations:
- Manage complete employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding
- Maintain employee database, attendance records, and HRMIS updates
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and company procedures
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS reports
Payroll & Attendance Management:
- Handle payroll processing activities and ensure timely salary processing
- Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and monthly payroll inputs
- Resolve employee payroll-related queries
- Coordinate statutory compliance related to payroll and employee benefits
Performance Management:
- Prepare and monitor KRA/KPI drafts for employees across departments
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and review processes
- Support department heads in employee performance tracking and evaluation
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs
- Maintain training records and support employee development initiatives
Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Handle employee grievances and provide HR support when required
- Conduct employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Maintain healthy employee relations and positive workplace culture
Exit Management:
- Handle resignation process, exit formalities, and full & final settlement coordination
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain exit documentation
