Education:
B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) OR
Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering
Candidates with additional courses in Architecture or Interior Design will be preferred
Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction and interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and drawings
Work on interior and exterior design concepts
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project teams
Ensure designs meet quality and safety standards
Visit sites and monitor project progress
Modify designs based on client requirements
Skills Required:
Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design tools
Good communication and presentation skills
Creativity and problem-solving ability
Basic knowledge of construction and materials
