Job Role - BIM Modeller, 0-5 Yrs Experience (Fresher can also apply)
Qualification - Diploma/B.E/B. Tech Civil Engineering
Job Location - Vadodara
CTC - Max. 5 LPA
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and maintain structural BIM models for buildings and infrastructure projects using Autodesk Revit
- Develop detailed models for RCC, Steel and Wood elements including columns, beams, slabs, footings, and foundations
- Prepare 2D/ 3D drawings (GA plans, sections, elevations, and detailing) from BIM models
- Interpret structural drawings and reinforcement details
- Fix clashes (beam hitting duct, column offset, etc.) in Navisworks
- Ensure models comply with project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and naming conventions
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Conduct quality checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of models and drawings
- Extract quantities and generate basic BOQs Bill of Quantities)
Preferred candidate profile
- Good command on Revit Software
- Professional certification in BIM(preferred).
- Ability to solve Red mark-ups, Various types of inputs or Hand Sketches from client-side
- Knowledge about various Level of Details in BIM
- Understanding/Knowledge of Structural components/parts of the buildings
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD
