We are hiring Bengali-speaking Customer Service Executives for an inbound customer support process with a leading healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with service-related queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards.

- Must be fluent in Bengali and Hindi.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Minimum qualification: HSC Pass or Graduate.
