As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring the applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, providing insights and recommendations to enhance the overall project outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development of project documentation and user manuals.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
- Strong understanding of application design and development principles.
- Experience with security protocols and compliance standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration processes and data management.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
