We are hiring an experienced Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to lead a team of Sales Executives, drive revenue growth, and achieve business targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly targets.
- Conduct client meetings and property site visits.
- Support negotiations and close sales effectively.
- Track leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor team performance.
- Train and develop new team members.
What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- At least 1 year of experience leading a sales team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
