About the Role:
Gateway Educonnect is looking for a visionary CEO to lead business growth, national expansion, and operational excellence in the international education and study-abroad sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive overall P&L, revenue growth, and profitability
- Build and execute a 3–5 year growth strategy
- Expand business across multiple cities and markets
- Lead and scale teams with strong KPI-driven performance management
- Strengthen student acquisition, retention, and brand positioning
- Build strategic partnerships with universities and global institutions
- Explore franchise, partner, and company-owned expansion models
Requirements:
- 15–25 years of experience
- Minimum 5+ years in leadership roles like CEO/COO/Business Head/MD
- Experience handling ₹100 Cr+ business
- Proven ability to scale teams of 300+ employees
- Strong expertise in Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Business Finance
Preferred Background:
International Education, EdTech, Higher Education, Consumer Services
