Sales Executive – Gold & Diamond Jewellery

Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our Retail Gold & Diamond Jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and prior experience in jewellery retail.
Note: Experience in the Gold & Diamond Jewellery Industry is mandatory. Candidates without jewellery retail experience will not be considered.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and jewellery products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Perform product demonstrations and explain product features.
- Generate bills and coordinate with the billing team.
- Negotiate prices within company guidelines.
- Maintain product displays and showroom presentation.
Required Experience
- 1–7 years of experience in Retail Gold & Diamond Jewellery Sales (Mandatory).
Qualifications
- HSC / Graduate preferred.
