We are looking for a creative, hands-on content producer who can independently shoot, edit, and design high-quality content for social media platforms.
This is a high-ownership role where you will work closely with the founder to create engaging, informative, and premium content.
- Experience shooting with shoot setups
Key Responsibilities
1. Video Production
- Shoot reels, interviews, podcast clips, and clinic content
- Handle lighting, framing, and basic audio setup
- Create content during shoot days and ad-hoc moments
2. Video Editing
- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form videos
- Add captions, transitions, music, and hooks
- Optimize content for high engagement + retention
3. Graphic Design
- Create carousel posts, thumbnails, and story creatives
- Maintain brand consistency (colors, fonts, tone)
- Work on Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator
4. Social Media Content Execution
- Repurpose content across platforms (IG, YT, LinkedIn)
- Format videos for different aspect ratios
- Support content calendar execution
5. Creative Input
- Suggest trending formats, hooks, and reel ideas
- Stay updated with Instagram trends & healthcare content styles
- Collaborate on content concepts with the founder
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in content creation / video production
- Strong skills in:
- Video editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut / Final Cut)
- Design (Canva / Photoshop)
- Understanding of Instagram & YouTube content trends
- Bonus: Experience in healthcare, wellness, or personal brand content
Pay: ₹20,426.47 - ₹35,930.32 per month
