Job Description
We are hiring a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive for the agriculture field. The candidate will be responsible for meeting farmers, dealers, distributors, and generating business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit farmers, dealers, and distributors to promote products/services
- Generate new leads and maintain customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth
- Conduct field visits and market surveys
- Provide product information and support to customers
- Prepare daily sales reports and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements
- Experience in agriculture field sales preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel within assigned areas
- Strong customer handling and relationship management skills
- Basic knowledge of agriculture products/market preferred
- Graduate preferred
