Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have excellent site management skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and the project team.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/site supervision.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory for site visits.
- Excellent command of English and Tamil (spoken and written).
- Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and ensure timely project completion.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and preparing site reports is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior project activities at site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and the internal project team.
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare daily progress reports.
- Resolve site-related issues and escalate critical concerns when required.
- Ensure timely material availability and proper inventory at the site.
- Maintain excellent client communication throughout the project.
Pay: ₹10,088.70 - ₹30,425.24 per month
