We are looking for Field Marketing EXECUTIVE to join our growing FMCG team.
Candidate Requirements:
1) Candidate should belong to West Bengal or Bihar, preferably from North Bengal.
2) Should be fluent in Hindi and Bengali.
3) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4) Willing to travel extensively in the assigned market.
5) Should have a strong interest in Field Marketing & Branding.
6) Should have strong experience to conduct promotional campaigns, such as Durga Puja field campaigns, Chhath Puja field campaigns, Shrawan/Sawan camps, local events, promotional activities, etc.
7) Should be energetic, hardworking and target-oriented.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Promote and create visibility for RASM Tea in the market.
2) Plan and execute field branding and promotional activities.
3) Coordinate and manage camps, events, festivals and local promotional campaigns.
4) Ensure proper product display and visibility at retail outlets.
5) Conduct market visits and monitor brand visibility.
6) Submit daily market visit and activity reports.
