HI We are looking for a Recovery Agent who is willing to travel extensively across Bengaluru and other locations as required. The candidate should be comfortable with frequent field visits, meeting clients, and handling recovery-related activities in different regions.
Key Requirements:
- Willingness to travel within Bengaluru and outside Bengaluru on a regular basis.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field operations effectively.
- Valid driving license and readiness for outstation travel preferred.
- Experience in recovery, collections, or field operations is an advantage.
Reporting Structure:
The Recovery Agent will report directly to the CEO and provide regular updates on recovery activities, client interactions, and field operations.
Pay: ₹10,079.48 - ₹32,494.05 per month
