Sri Comforts Air Products and Services is an established HVAC company specializing in air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients since 2001. We are looking for a technically strong, results-oriented Sales Engineer who can bridge engineering and sales — understanding client requirements, recommending the right HVAC solutions, and converting opportunities into long-term business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC systems, AMC contracts, equipment sales, and retrofit/upgrade projects across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
- Conduct site surveys and assess client requirements to recommend suitable HVAC solutions (VRF/VRV, chillers, ducted systems, packaged and split units).
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, quotations, heat-load calculations, and tender documents in coordination with the design and estimation teams.
- Explain technical specifications, system designs, and product benefits to clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals while protecting margins.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients including builders, architects, MEP consultants, contractors, facility managers, and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business, referrals, and AMC renewals.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing in the Hyderabad/Telangana HVAC market.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and sales activities in CRM, and provide regular MIS reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2–4 years of sales or technical-sales experience, preferably in HVAC, MEP, building services, or industrial equipment.
- Sound technical understanding of HVAC systems, load calculations, and product selection.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, analytical, and networking skills.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of contacts among builders, consultants, and contractors in Hyderabad.
- Familiarity with Daikin or other leading HVAC brands and design software (HAP, Daikin selection tools, etc.).
