A Recruitment Executive manages the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and negotiating offers. They partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, maintain talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Sourcing and Talent acquisition:-
Identify and engage potential candidates using online job portals, professional networks like LinkedIn, employee referrals, and targeted search methods.
Screening:-
Review resumes and conduct initial pre-screening interviews to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
Interview Coordination:-
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, manage candidate feedback, and guide applicants through the hiring process.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
