Position Summary:
We are seeking a Robotics Engineer specializing in software development, with a strong foundation in programming and control systems. The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience with robotics programming, algorithms, and software tools. You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced robotics software systems, driving innovation and excellence in our R&D initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Software Development: Design, develop, and implement software systems for robotics applications, including control algorithms, sensor integration, and user interfaces.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions with mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring cohesive and effective project outcomes.
- Technical Expertise: Apply extensive knowledge in robotics software engineering to solve complex problems, innovate new solutions, and optimize existing systems.
- Mentorship: Train and mentor aspiring innovators, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development in the field of robotics software engineering.
Requirements:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong background in software engineering with proven expertise in robotics programming, control systems, and algorithm development.
- Programming & Software Engineering: Strong programming fundamentals — C++, Java, Python, or ROS (Robot Operating System).
- Microcontroller / Platform Experience: Arduino, Raspberry Pi, hardware integration, sensors, and actuators.
- Web Development: Front-end (React or similar) and back-end (Node.js/Express or Python frameworks) for registration portal work.
- Mobile & Rapid Web Development: Cross-platform mobile app development with Flutter; rapid web/landing page development with WebFlow and HTML.
- AI Tools & Automation: Familiarity with AI-assisted development and prototyping tools (e.g., Emergent); document/ report automation experience using Node.js (docx, pptxgenjs) or Python (openpyxl, ReportLab, PyMuPDF).
- Databases & API Integration: Database basics (SQL/NoSQL) for registration/user data handling; API integration experience (REST APIs, webhook handling).
- Software Tools & Workflows: Experience with VS Code environments, robotics simulation tools, and Git-based version control with collaborative workflows.
- Community & Competitive Experience: Experience in Competitive Robotics, Hackathons, or College Technical Communities.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
