Key Responsibilities
- Operate sliding head/CNC sliding machines as per production requirements.
- Load raw materials and monitor machining operations.
- Perform in-process inspections using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Ensure components meet dimensional and quality specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities to supervisors.
- Change tools and offsets as instructed.
- Maintain production records and machine logs.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to safety standards.
- Assist in preventive maintenance activities.
Required Qualifications
- ITI (Turner/Machinist/Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresher can also apply
- 1–3 years of experience operating Sliding Head Machines / Swiss CNC Machines.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection methods.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
