Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare tandoori breads, kebabs, tikkas, and other tandoor specialties.
- Operate and maintain the tandoor efficiently and safely.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the tandoor section.
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Monitor stock and report requirements to the senior chef.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in the Tandoor section.
- Good knowledge of tandoori food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

- Prepare Indian curries, gravies, snacks, and regional dishes.
- Assist in food preparation, mise en place, and kitchen operations.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
- Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in the Indian kitchen.
- Good knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet service timelines.
Job Title: Commi 1 – Chinese
Location: Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare Chinese dishes as per recipes and quality standards.
- Handle wok cooking, sauces, and Chinese food preparation.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen section.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Chinese cuisine.
- Knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, sauces, and ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
Preferred for all positions: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
