Role: Sr. Design Engineer – Plumbing & Fire Fighting

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Experience: 3+ Years
Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical / Civil)
Salary: As per industry standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings for Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems
- Design layouts for water supply, drainage, sanitation & firefighting pipelines
- Prepare drawings for Sprinkler Systems, Hydrant Systems, Fire Suppression & Hose Reel systems
- Create single-line diagrams, schematic drawings & isometric drawings
- Coordinate with MEP consultants, site engineers & project teams
- Ensure drawings comply with NBC, NFPA & local fire safety codes
- Prepare BOMs (Bill of Materials) and As-Built drawings
- Maintain drawing registers and manage version control
Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) — MEP drawings preferred
Experience in Plumbing system drawings (water supply, drainage, STP/WTP layouts)
Hands-on experience in firefighting system drawings:
- Sprinkler System
- Hydrant & Hose Reel System
- Fire Suppression System (FM200 / CO2 / Clean Agent)
Ability to read & interpret MEP drawings and tender documents
Good coordination skills with site and design teams
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects
