The Office Administrator provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. This role handles clerical duties, coordinates meetings, manages office supplies, maintains records, and serves as a point of contact for staff and visitors.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings/book conference rooms, arrange travel & accommodation
Clerical Work
Prepare documents (memos, letters, presentations), sort/distribute mail, take meeting minutes
Record Keeping
Maintain office files (job files, vendor files), update databases, store information digitally/paper
Office Operations
order office supplies/equipment, oversee facility maintenance, manage incoming/outgoing parcels
Financial Support
Perform basic bookkeeping (invoicing, accounts receivable, budget tracking)
Liaison Work
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other departments (HR, Finance)

Experience
5+ years in office administration
Technical Skills
