Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Operations Analyst to manage the complete hardware asset lifecycle using ServiceNow HAM Pro. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in asset lifecycle management, inventory operations, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient asset management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete hardware asset lifecycle in ServiceNow HAM Pro, from procurement to retirement.
- Process hardware asset requests, transfers, returns, disposals, and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) activities.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory, ownership, and location information.
- Perform regular asset reconciliations and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and reporting activities.
- Generate and maintain asset management reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with Procurement, IT Support, Finance, and Vendor Management teams to ensure smooth asset operations.
- Ensure compliance with IT Asset Management (ITAM) policies and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve asset management processes and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- 4–7 years of experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM) operations.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro.
- Strong understanding of the hardware asset lifecycle (Procure-to-Retire).
- Experience in asset inventory management, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Knowledge of RMA processing, asset transfers, and disposal processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting IT asset audits and compliance initiatives.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale asset management environments.
