About the Role
We are seeking a confident and professional Client Relationship Executive to engage with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and business investors interested in EV charging infrastructure projects. The role involves contacting prospective clients, introducing our EV charging station development opportunities, and coordinating discussions with our senior business team.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective HNI customers and investors via telephone.
- Explain the features, benefits, and business potential of EV charging infrastructure projects.
- Present investment opportunities ranging from ₹12 lakh to ₹30 lakh in a clear and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and answer basic product-related queries.
- Schedule meetings, follow-up discussions, and presentations for interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or reporting systems.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
- Work closely with the sales and business development teams to achieve targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English. Additional languages will be an advantage.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, professionals, and HNI customers.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer relationship management, inside sales, banking, insurance, financial services, real estate, or investment-related products is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Graduate preferred; exceptional candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
