KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development of web applications and new product features.
- Design and review application architecture and technical solutions.
- Work hands-on with development, debugging, performance improvements, and production issues.
- Review code and maintain good coding and development standards.
- Convert business requirements into technical solutions and development tasks.
- Work closely with Product, Business, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Guide and mentor developers on technical and development practices.
- Identify technical issues, bottlenecks, and areas that need improvement.
- Design and review APIs and database structures.
- Troubleshoot production issues and identify the root cause.
- Help establish development standards, Git workflows, and release processes.
- Work with the DevOps team on deployments, CI/CD, monitoring, and server-related issues.
- Evaluate new technologies when required and recommend practical solutions.
- Make sure applications are secure, reliable, maintainable, and scalable.
- Participate in technical discussions, estimation, sprint planning, and architecture reviews.
