Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the construction industry, specifically in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), industrial space leasing, and civil construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic client relationships, identifying new project opportunities, and expanding the company’s presence across Pune and Gujarat markets.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in PEB, industrial construction, warehouses, factories, logistics parks, and commercial projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industrial clients, manufacturing companies, developers, consultants, architects, and channel partners.
- Lead end-to-end business development activities including lead generation, client meetings, proposal submissions, negotiations, and closures.
- Explore opportunities for industrial leasing, build-to-suit projects, warehouse leasing, and turnkey construction solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify upcoming industrial and infrastructure projects in Pune and Gujarat regions.
- Prepare business presentations, commercial proposals, and project cost discussions with clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams including design, estimation, projects, procurement, and finance for smooth project execution.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
Project & Commercial Coordination
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for feasibility and budgeting.
- Participate in tendering, contract negotiations, and project finalization.
- Monitor project pipeline, sales targets, and revenue generation.
Market Expansion
- Develop strategic partnerships with industrial park developers, MIDC/GIDC authorities, consultants, and real estate brokers.
- Expand company presence in industrial belts across Pune, Chakan, Talegaon, Ranjangaon, Sanand, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, and other growth corridors.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing/Business Development preferred.
- 5–12 years of relevant experience in:
- PEB sales/business development
- Industrial leasing
- Civil construction business development
- Warehouse/logistics infrastructure projects
- Strong network in Pune and Gujarat industrial markets preferred.
- Experience working with EPC contractors, PEB manufacturers, developers, or industrial real estate firms.
