Key Responsibilities
- Engage with assigned leads and inbound inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other digital communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements, business challenges, and growth objectives to recommend suitable BusinessBay.io solutions.
- Consult with business owners, professionals, startups, and MSMEs regarding digital solutions that improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification, product demonstrations, proposal discussions, negotiations, closure, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers through regular follow-ups and engagement.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant BusinessBay.io products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, sales activities, and conversions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience and high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position BusinessBay.io solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or any related discipline from a recognized university.
- Graduation is mandatory for both Inside Sales Executive and Senior Inside Sales Executive positions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Technology Sales, Digital Solutions Sales, Tele-Sales, or Lead Generation will be preferred.
- Proven ability in outbound calling, lead nurturing, objection handling, follow-ups, and sales closures.
- Strong communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and customer engagement abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand business needs and effectively communicate product value.
- Professional business etiquette and consultative selling approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking platforms will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of SaaS products, digital business solutions, automation tools, customer engagement platforms, or technology-driven products is desirable.
