Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Laravel Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications and RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, third-party API integrations, payment gateway integrations, mobile backend API development, API versioning, and modern AI-assisted development tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
- Develop backend APIs for mobile applications and ensure high performance and reliability.
- Integrate and maintain third-party APIs and external services.
- Implement and support payment gateway integrations such as Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, PhonePe, or similar platforms.
- Design and maintain API versioning to ensure backward compatibility.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and overall system efficiency.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage source code using Git and follow version control best practices.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of professional experience with PHP and Laravel.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL, database design, and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience with API authentication using Laravel Sanctum, Passport, or JWT.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services.
- Hands-on experience implementing payment gateway integrations.
- Good understanding of API versioning and REST API best practices.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and Bootstrap.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
- Basic knowledge of Linux server environments.
- Familiarity with Composer and Laravel Artisan commands.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Redis, Queues, Schedulers, and background job processing.
- Familiarity with Docker.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, ChatGPT, or similar AI IDEs.

Educational Qualification
