Job Title: Installation Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Install equipment, machinery, or systems according to technical specifications.
- Inspect installation sites and prepare for installation.
- Test installed equipment to ensure it operates correctly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs when needed.
- Follow safety standards and company procedures.
- Complete installation reports and documentation.
- Provide customers with basic operating instructions.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or networking systems (depending on the industry).
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
Qualifications:
- ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or similar).
- Experience in installation or field service is often preferred.
- A valid driving license may be required for field roles.
