Floor Supervisor – Supermarket
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily floor operations and staff
- Ensure proper stock display and availability
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Monitor billing counters and reduce waiting time
- Maintain store cleanliness and discipline
- Support sales targets and inventory control
Requirements:
- 3+ years of supermarket/retail experience
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage team and work in shifts
