We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultants who can create memorable shopping experiences while driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience to every customer.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend jewellery based on occasion, style, and budget.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while maximizing conversion, ATV, UPT, and repeat business.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective clienteling and CRM activities.
- Handle customer queries, after-sales support, and follow-ups professionally.
- Ensure VM standards, product displays, and store presentation are maintained at all times.
- Stay updated on new collections, product features, and fashion trends.
- Maintain stock accuracy, assist in inventory management, and support store operations.
- Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.
Eligibility
- 12th Pass/Graduate.
- 1–5 years of retail sales experience.
- Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, premium apparel, beauty, lifestyle, or watches is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for fashion may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and customer service.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to achieve targets.
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
- Well-groomed, confident, and presentable.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Knowledge of English is mandatory; Kannada and Hindi will be an added advantage.
