Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive IT & Graphic Designer to manage the Company's day-to-day IT infrastructure while also supporting digital and graphic design requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software and be capable of creating professional marketing and corporate design materials.
Key ResponsibilitiesIT Support
- Provide technical support to employees for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, software, and office applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, and network devices.
- Configure email accounts, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other business applications.
- Maintain employee systems, antivirus software, backups, and software updates.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related services and AMC requirements.
- Maintain IT inventory including computers, printers, networking devices, and accessories.
- Support HRMS, attendance systems, biometric devices, and other company software.
- Ensure data security, user access management, and basic cybersecurity practices.
Graphic Design
- Design brochures, flyers, banners, social media creatives, and marketing materials.
- Prepare company presentations, proposals, and corporate documents.
- Design recruitment posters, event creatives, certificates, and internal communication materials.
- Edit photos, PDFs, and promotional materials as required.
- Ensure brand consistency across all company designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT Support and Graphic Design.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of networking concepts (LAN/Wi-Fi/Internet).
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, or similar design software.
- Knowledge of PDF editing tools (Adobe Acrobat or equivalent).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace Administration.
- Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress preferred).
- Experience with CCTV, biometric devices, and access control systems.
- Knowledge of HRMS or ERP software.
- Video editing skills will be an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
