About Us
Shri Mumma Food Industries Pvt. Ltd. is launching and scaling Just Water, our packaged drinking water brand. We are looking for an experienced industry leader to take complete ownership of the business—from sourcing and manufacturing to sales, distribution, and profitability.
Role Overview
This is a leadership position with end-to-end responsibility for building and growing the packaged drinking water business. The selected candidate will work directly with the promoters and be responsible for making Just Water a leading regional and national brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the business growth strategy.
- Establish and manage manufacturing operations.
- Lead sourcing, procurement, and vendor management.
- Build and optimize the supply chain and logistics network.
- Develop distributor, dealer, institutional, and retail sales channels.
- Drive brand expansion and market penetration.
- Ensure compliance with BIS, FSSAI, and all statutory requirements.
- Own the business P&L and drive profitability.
- Recruit, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
- Implement systems, SOPs, and operational excellence.
Experience Required
- 20+ years of experience in the packaged drinking water and beverage industry.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end operations, including manufacturing, sourcing, sales, and distribution.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of scaling businesses.
- Prior P&L ownership is preferred.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience at companies such as Bisleri, Kinley, Aquafina, Bailley, Rail Neer, Oxyrich, Himalayan, Tata Copper+, or other leading beverage/FMCG companies will be preferred.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹3,00,000 per annum
- Performance Incentive: 5% of the Net Profit of the Packaged Drinking Water Business
- High earning potential: Total annual compensation can exceed ₹20 lakh, depending on business performance and profitability.
Important Requirement
Relocation to Katni, Madhya Pradesh is mandatory. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role.
