We are looking for an analytical and client-focused PPC Account Manager to manage multiple paid advertising accounts, ensuring successful campaign delivery, client satisfaction, and measurable business growth.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to lead both Inside Sales and Field Sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing leads, handling site visits, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple client accounts and understand their business goals, target audience, and marketing objectives.

Develop and execute customized PPC strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms.

Plan campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and timelines to achieve desired outcomes.

Launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve client KPIs.

Perform keyword research, audience analysis, A/B testing, and ongoing campaign improvements.

Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and performance metrics to ensure efficient utilization of advertising spend.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Conduct regular client meetings to discuss campaign performance, insights, and future strategies.

Address client queries, manage expectations, and build long-term business relationships.

Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and platform reporting tools.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with Creative, Content, SEO, and Web Development teams to deliver effective advertising campaigns.

Ensure timely delivery of creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to achieve client objectives and maintain service quality.

Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.

Recommend innovative campaign strategies and optimization techniques to improve performance.

Take ownership of campaign quality, client satisfaction, and timely delivery of all assigned projects.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 5–8+ years in PPC/Performance Marketing, PPC Campaigns with agency experience preferred.
