We are looking for a proactive Receptionist to manage front desk operations while supporting internal coordination between teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication, assist customers and visitors, and help coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers in a professional manner.
- Manage the reception area to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Maintain visitor logs and handle visitor registrations.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Handle email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels professionally.
- Respond to general inquiries from customers or clients.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist teams with scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
- Follow up on tasks and ensure timely updates to management.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Administration or related field
✔ 0–3 years experience in reception, administration, or coordination roles
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Good organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Additional languages such as Hindi / Malayalam / Telugu / Kannada are an advantage
