Work Experience: Min 3 – 5 Years of Sales Experience in Agri Products (Experience in Organic Agri inputs will be given a preference.)
Education : B.Sc Agri/ BBA/ MBA Sales & Marketing or Agri Business Management

Working on sales and collections in the assigned territory

Generating sales orders from existing & new dealers

Appointing new Dealers & Distributors

Lead generation and prospect identification

Marketing activities related to product branding

Organizing Farmers & Dealers meet

Address customer issues and Ensure customer satisfaction

To assist and execute the sales and marketing strategies of the organization to achieve sales, goals and objectives.

Develop and maintain a sustained log lasting relationship with existing customers and to build contacts with potential clients/ distributors to create new business opportunities in a given area.

Developing accurate knowledge of company products in depth.
