At IN - NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS), we are looking for an experienced professional to join our L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Production department as a Senior Executive - Production. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our production processes, ensuring compliance, and achieving targeted outputs. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining high-quality standards and optimizing our production systems.
Ensure 100% MO compliance through meticulous production planning and execution, with a focus on electrical products like ACB and Capacitors.
Achieve production targets and maintain consistent output levels, implementing continuous improvement initiatives for optimal performance.
Benchmark and achieve service levels, minimizing first-hand rejections and maximizing first-pass yield.
Establish efficient working norms using work measurement techniques (MOST) and promote small group improvement activities (SGIA) for process efficiency.
Handle multiple production lines, ensuring zero-defect work and a safe working environment, with a focus on accident prevention.
Collaborate with the CFT for new product development and machinery installation, troubleshooting machine issues for seamless production.
Manage material availability and stock levels, utilizing KANBAN systems for efficient material utilization.
Delegate work and balance workloads based on machine availability, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Train and mentor operators, trainees, and apprentices to foster independent and skilled workforce.
Liaise with the HR department for manpower-related issues and union matters, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
Candidate with Capacitor manufacturing will be added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in engineering (BE/BTech), preferably in Electrical or Mechanical, with suitability for 3-shift work.
6-10 years of relevant work experience in light engineering, electrical, or manufacturing industries, with a focus on reputed companies.
3-4 years of experience in Automation/CNC machines and 1-2 years of ERP experience are desirable.
Process and quality-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage and motivate operators and workers effectively.
Strong problem-solving and planning skills, with a track record of implementing efficient production strategies.
Experience in electrical equipment manufacturing or OEM industries is preferred.
Candidate with Capacitor manufacturing will be added advantage.
