We are looking for an experienced HR Manager – Hospitality Recruitment who has strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment for hotels, restaurants, and hospitality businesses. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing candidates across all hospitality roles using job portals, social media platforms, references, and networking. The role requires someone proactive, well-connected within the hospitality talent market, and capable of managing bulk as well as niche hiring.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
· Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
· Hire for multiple hospitality roles including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B Service, Kitchen Staff, Chefs, Restaurant Managers, Stewards, Bartenders, Supervisors, and Corporate Hospitality roles.
· Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of positions.
2. Talent Sourcing
· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, hospitality networks, references, consultancies, and social media platforms.
· Build a strong database of hospitality professionals.
· Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates.
3. Stakeholder Coordination
· Work closely with hotel and restaurant management to understand manpower requirements.
· Ensure quick turnaround time for hiring critical positions.
4. Candidate Experience & Offer Management
· Manage salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining follow-ups.
· Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
5. Recruitment Planning & Reporting
· Track recruitment pipelines and maintain hiring reports.
· Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Key Skills Required
· Strong knowledge of hospitality industry roles and hiring practices
· Experience hiring for all levels – entry level to managerial positions
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Hands-on experience with job portals and recruitment platforms
· Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
Qualification
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Hospitality Management / Business Administration
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience in the hospitality industry
· Experience hiring for hotels, restaurants, and hospitality chains
· Well connected with hospitality talent networks
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
